The practice was opened in May 1985 and it has developed from a
two employee, one vet enterprise to a veterinary hospital employing five
vets with a veterinary cardiologist and orthopaedic veterinary surgeon,
seven nurses and four receptionists.

The practice became an approved Royal College of Veterinary
Surgeons Veterinary Hospital on the 21st of March 2001 and is a Veterinary
Nurse Training Practice.
The hospital has excellent premises with a sterile operating
theatre, diagnostic imaging unit, dedicated dental facilities,
hospitalisation ward with critical care and isolation suites and an
extensively equipped in house laboratory.
In attaining Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
Veterinary Hospital status, we feel that this reflects our desire to provide
the highest standard of facility and care for our patients. These include
domestic pets and all manner of wild and exotic species.
