How to Check-in video

When you arrive at the practice, please remember to check-in using your mobile phone and wait in your car.

Go to www.parkvethospital.com and click on the green chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the web page.

You will see a form to complete and on submission, our reception team will receive an alert that you are waiting and we will call you back as soon as we are ready for you.
