Visiting the practice from April 2022

To allow our team to continue to provide 24 hour in house veterinary care for you and your pet, we will continue to offer socially distanced consultations if requested by our clients.

You may need to use a face covering in your consultation at the request of the consulting vet or nurse. We appreciate all your support and patience in this respect.

We have an appointment only system in place. Please ring in advance to arrange an appointment.

Please note that for the protection of both you and our staff, we are discouraging cash payments but will accept contactless or card payments.

If you are suffering from any signs that could be linked to Covid, please do not come into the practice. If your pet requires urgent or emergency treatment, please ring the practice and we can discuss how to meet these needs.

We will continue to offer telemedicine with one of our team (telephone and video consults) where appropriate. Please call reception on 0114 2363391 and a telemedicine appointment can be made for you.
